ÉMILIE LEDUC est diplômée en design graphique et en dessin d’animation. Elle a travaillé sur différentes séries télévisées, notamment Vie de Quartier, My Life Me et Punch. Son court film d’animation Les chats cherchaient les tuques lui a valu le prix de Meilleur film animé lors de l’événement Dérapage2009. Cléo matelot est son huitième album pour la jeunesse.
Émilie Leduc has a degree in graphic design and animation. She has worked on various TV shows, notably Vie de quartier (Neighbourhood Life), My Life Me, and Punch. Her animated short film Les Chats cherchaient les tuques (The Cats Were Looking for the Hats) received the Best Animated Film Award at the Dérapage event in 2009. Cléo matelot (Cléo the Sailor) is her eighth book for youth.
